Enjoy a peaceful stay in our private upstairs bedroom located just a climb up the old and wonky staircase. Private bathroom is located right next door to the bedroom. The original two story structure of our home was built in 1898 with two additions in the 1950’s. We are slowly remodeling and updating the space to our (and hopefully our guests) liking as time and money allow. Free and safe parking on the street right in front of our house. This is our home so you will see us pop in and out. We love conversation and learn what brings you to this beautiful part of North Dakota. We are just a block off Main Street and Bottineau’s downtown shopping and restaurants where you can find ‘The Bakery’ if you are looking for a great breakfast. Our gourmet coffee shop is located inside ‘Bottineau Pharmacy and Gifts’ which is right across the street from ‘The Golden Rule’ a clothing store for men, women and children. Another block to the south you can enjoy an awesome lunch at ‘Marie’s’ - our favorite restaurant in town. We are also just two blocks from our beautiful walking path through Forestry Park on the west side of town. Since Bottineau isn’t New York City, you will never have a problem finding a parking spot or overcrowding, most everything is within walking distance and we even have a taxi service if you feel that something is too far… As yo can see from our pictures, we are animal lovers with 2 cats and 2 dogs. Sometimes there will be a third dog present, when we either dog sit for friends or foster for our local animal shelter. So please - if you don’t care for or are afraid of animals - we might not be the right stay Airbnb for you.
