Gorgeous Waterfront Condo with Lake Access

This beautifully done condo is recently renovated! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, provide you plenty of space to stretch out in. There is a private entrance to the condo and a private deck. The deck offers great views of Lake Winnisquam! Lord Hampshire is an association that people love and they offer some great shared amenities; beach, deck on the water with comfortable lounge chairs, a roped in swim area with swim platform, a game room and parking for up to 2 cars. This space is comfortable with great views - what more could you ask for at the lake! We try to make sure that you have everything you need during your stay. The living room comes equipped with a queen size pull out, some fun games and a TV with ROKU capabilities for easy streaming of your favorites shows through your online accounts. The kitchen is equipped with most items you need; including some spices, salt/pepper and even coffee. The two bathrooms will have towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There will even be some last minute supplies, in case you forgot something. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds, with a closet. The master has a queen size bed, dresser and large closet. All linens will be provided, including hangers in each closet. There is also a TV with ROKU capability in each bedroom. If you are travelling with children, not only are there kitchen utensils for them but a pack and play in the master closet (just bring your own sheet for that). Our goal is to make you feel at home, with water access and a gorgeous view! Outside the unit, you will also find a convenient place to place your kayaks, canoes or paddleboard. Just bring your own bike lock, if you want to lock them to the post.
