This is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house that is in the Twin Lakes subdivision of Little Rock. The house is conveniently located about 10 - 15 minutes away from all of Little Rock's major attractions. This is a great place for traveling nurses, those visiting family at the Little Rock Air Force Base, those needing a place near any of the major hospitals, those coming into town for a concert, or those looking to come into Little Rock and live like a local. We have ensured a safe environment during this troubling time throughout America by sanitizing with Lysol & bleach after every guest. We also provide bleach to every guest checking in as well. This is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom home close to I-630. We are 11 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. The house is fully furnished with smart TV's, recliner sofas, 3 queen sized beds, an office, laundry room, patio seating, and driveway parking. The house is a secured smart home with an easy coded lock access. Office The house has an office space for those looking to work while they are traveling. There is very strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire house. Living Room The living room contains 2 sofas, smart TV, and 2 USB charging stations on the sofas. One couch contains 2 reclining chairs, and 2 cup holders. Dining Room There is a dining room table for 4 and a bar area for 2. Master Bedroom The master bedroom contains a queen bed, 32" Smart TV, high dresser, Closet, and an attached half bathroom. 2nd Bedroom The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet, 32" Smart TV, and high dresser. 3rd Bedroom The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, closet, 32" Smart TV, closet, and a regular dresser. Patio The patio has seating for 6, BBQ grill, and covered seating. Great place for everyone in your group to BBQ, eat, and get some fresh air. Garage This is a full 2 car garage outfitted with one Tesla charger. All of our outside entrances are protected with an outdoor camera that records audio and video. The guest will have full access to the entire home. You will have access to Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. You are more than welcome to bring your own streaming device or gaming console to hook up to the TVs. We have parking for 2 - 4 cars and a washer and dryer on site. You will find a full kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. You will also have access to the garage but we do not provide a garage opener. You can open the garage from the inside and pull your vehicle in. The John Barrow Addition of Little Rock, Arkansas (often simply referred to as John Barrow) is a neighborhood in the western portion of the city. It is bordered on the north by Kanis Road, on the west by I-430, on the east by Boyle Park, and on the south by Asher Avenue. The area is named for its main thoroughfare, John Barrow Road. Nearby neighborhoods include Briarwood on the north and Rosedale on the south. To the north lies Baptist Health Medical Center and its environs, as well as small residential areas including Twin Lakes. To the east lie Broadmoor and the vicinity surrounding the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This is an older quiet community. Most of the neighbors are retired and really nice people so we do ask that you keep the noise level down at night. If you have your own vehicle we are really close to the hospital, bars, and a few of the local hiking trails. This is a quiet older community so absolutely no parties and you can't have over 6 guests. If you do want to have over 6 guests there are additional charges which are $50/night per person. We have a very strict no party guideline so if there is any sort of party going on you will be removed from the premises and charged an automatic $500 fine. There is a $20/night pet fee for a maximum of $200. All pets must be below 20 pounds. If you are bringing your pet we do require that you provide vaccination papers.
