Every piece of furnitures are from Room and Board. The house is lovely, cleaned and will give you a warm welcoming feeling. Living room has a big bay window looking out at the lake. It’s also has an electric fireplace and a 60 inch smart tv with WiFi connected and Hulu to watch local channels and movies. There’s also a piano that you can play your favorite song . Dining area has a table with 4 chairs. There are extra stools and a folding table in the closet if needed for extra guests. Kitchen is beautiful with new appliances. Basic ingredients is available to use and I also have Asian ingredients too. There’s a toaster, small juice blender, rice cooker and Keurig coffee machine available to use. There is a wine rack with bottles of wine for your convenience ( if you take a bottle you can leave $20 dollars on the counter.) There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen closet. Bedroom #1 is call Lakeview Queen Suite. It’s located in the upper level. Looking out the bedroom window is the beautiful lake. It feels peaceful in the morning to wake up and see people walking around the lake. This bedroom has a queen bed and a 52 inch smart tv that’s connected to WiFi. Hulu is available for local channels and movies. Bedroom #2 is very spacious room with a queen bed and a Fulton. Its located in the upper level. It’s has a private restroom and a beautiful shower. It’s has a 58 inch smart tv with WiFi connected and Hulu ready. Bedroom #3 is located on the main level with a full size bed. The room is set up for office use if needed. It has a WiFi router and a laser printer that you can air print or make copy. It’s gas a 50 inch smart tv. The patio door in the room open to the back deck. Front outside patio has a bonfire were you and your family can enjoy it while you can see the lake. Outside deck is a private deck. You will enjoy it privately on a nice day with you family. Parking is available on the street in front of the house and there is 1 parking spot in the driveway in the alley next to the garage.
