We have renovated the old Forest Service annex in the historic Packwood Ranger Station to provide a comfortable base for your mountain adventures. Sleeps 16+ (up to 20 including futons). Nice deck out back with fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Close to Mt. Rainier National Park entrance, White Pass, and hiking! Furry friends welcome with pet fee! We welcome humans of all sorts at Packwood Station, and friendly animals too! -Pricing begins at the base rate for 4 guests and 2 bedrooms. Additional guests are $25/person/night. Maximum nightly rate (12+ guests) $400.00 plus pet fees if applicable. Once you send a request for booking, we will set the appropriate rates for you if VRBO is not displaying the rates correctly. HOLIDAY WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS PRICING AND CAN ONLY BE BOOKED AT A MINIMUM NIGHTLY RATE OF $400.00. If you book and the nightly rate does not come in at $400.00 per night on a holiday, you will receive a request for the difference. There is a cleaning fee of $150.00. Owners, Dean and Tracy, live on site in the Main Ranger House and are usually available if guests have questions or in case of emergency. Tracy is fluent in American Sign Language. Feel free to explore our beautiful 20-acre grounds nestled up against a forest with trail access to a little waterfall. Keep in mind we frequently have herds of elk on the property as well as other guests. Packwood Station is the perfect blend of a peaceful escape and a base camp for your outdoor experiences.
