Walking distance to campus on a quiet street. Each bedroom has it's own full bath and another half bath is on the main level. Guests have access to a two car garage and there is laundry in the unit. You will have the entire townhouse. I am available via phone or text. This is a small area with only 13 townhomes. A two car garage is attached and you will have access to the entire home. The CamBus stops regularly at the Mayflower (a 1/2 mile walk) and the city bus stops at the corner of Dubuque and Foster Road.
