Family style home in South Dartmouth, MA

Our house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, living room, dinning room, bathroom and kitchen. Upstairs there is one more bedroom and office. Our house is clean and always ready for guests, this is our own residence, please treat it like your own Guests can access the interior of the house, no basement access. I ‘m always available to guests as needed, we stay in the premises, in a lower level suite, separate entrance from the house, guests have 100 percent privacy. Our house is about an hour drive to Cape Cod, as well as about 45 minutes to Newport, RI. Martha’s Vineyard is just a boat ride away. Historic downtown New Bedford is 10 minutes away, Umass Dartmouth within a 20 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood!! There is a driveway for guests to park No parties allowed at the property, no extra guests other than the ones authorized at booking
