Snuggle up on the sofa with a warm cup of coffee in hand and admire the views of the lake and marina. Feeling hungry? The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances needed to whip up tasty meals and snacks on the go. There's even a countertop dishwasher to make lake life easier. There is also a small combo washer/dryer that will be great for rinsing and spinning swimming gear. However, for larger loads, there is a laundry up by the restaurant. Both bedrooms are separated by a convenient living area with two armchairs and a flatscreen TV. The full bathroom available has a standalone shower. What's nearby: With this location, all you have to do is stepping out your door and you'll be in the water. You can visit the nearby Bayview Marina to dock your boat for a fee. This floating home is located right on Lake Pend Oreille, which is Idaho's deepest and biggest lake! Here you can find plenty of parks, boat launches, and try your hand at boating, wildlife spotting, and fishing. Try some of the delicious local cuisine at Lake House Bar & Grill, Ralph's Coffee House & Cafe, or JD's Pub & Grill, all of them within walking distance. Silverwood Theme Park is 12.8 miles away and has over 70 rides you can enjoy! Things to know: No cable Boat garage for guest use (Boat Garage Dimensions: 20 ft x 9 ft. It will not fit pontoon boats. Boats will have to be about 18-19 ft to close the garage door. Boats up to 20 feet are acceptable however garage door will not be able to close.) There are two futons available Please note that phone service is limited, especially if it is not Verizon. Please note that even though there are no steps to entry, this is a float home and it moves around quite often. We ask you to consider this if you have mobility issues. Parking notes: Park above C dock gate. Dock details: Float home on a dock. Dock is public but there is no swimming off the dock. There is a boat launch and public area for guests to swim and launch boats in Bayview. Guests can contact Scenic Bay Marina regarding daily boat docking fees. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
