Newly renovated private space on Ascutney Trails

Newly renovated space in resort town--walking distance to hotel, restaurant, skiing, and general store with cafe. Trail access in back yard with miles of hiking, mountain biking, and back country skiing. Parking for 2 cars. Close to Woodstock, Okemo, and great dining. Private keycode entrance with flexible check in. Microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, coffee and tea provided. Fast wifi. Private indoor hot tub available for additional $100. Access to home gym with cardio and weights upon request. Guests have a private entrance with a key code. Space includes a mudroom, bedroom with king bed and closet. Private bathroom with shower and additional closet space. There is a small coffee bar and a full laundry/utility room with sink and counter space. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, blow dryer are provided. Guests have a full refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with coffee, tea, snacks and creamer provided. Garage is available for bikes and skis, as well as outdoor hose to clean sporting equipment on muddy days. The space has a private indoor hot tub. Guests may request use of hot tub at least two days in advance of arrival. Additional $100 fee paid in advance includes cleaning and filling tub, heating water (takes 24-48 hours to warm up), and proper sanitizing and chemicals. Guest space is separate from owner space by hallway door. Owner space is under renovation and is not available for shared use. Laundry room with washer, dryer and sink is available to guests and is the only space shared with owners. We have cats but they are separate from guest space. The house is walking distance to the hotel, general store, and town ski & mountain biking area/tubing park. The hotel serves dinner every night except Tuesday and Wednesday. The Brownsville Butcher and Pantry serves fantastic meals (currently take out) and has a deck for outdoor eating. The store is open 6 days a week 7:00am-7:00pm (closed Mondays). There is an indoor hot tub located off the entryway. It is empty most of the time. Due to health and cleanliness requirements, it must be cleaned and filled with fresh water and have new chemicals with each new guest's use. If you would like to use the hot tub, it can be requested in advance. There is $100 additional fee for cleaning, water and chemicals. Guests have access to home gym with signed release form.
