Do some front or back porch sitting, roast smores in the fire pit, play some golf on Willie's golf course (in your back yard!!), or relax indoors. Don't let the vintage feel fool you, this home is new and well maintained!! This multi-level home boasts tons of added amenities and extra details! Full of antiques, photos, and historical family treasures, this home is captivating to say the least! Super kid-friendly with tons of toys, books, and movies provided to ensure that all kiddos feel welcome and entertained! The primary bedroom, located downstairs has a King-sized bed, large vintage-inspired vanity, two dressers for storage, and a large walk-in closet! The 2nd bedroom (located upstairs) called “The Baseball Room” holds a Queen-sized bed, a small writing desk with a chair and closet space - and it's own bathroom!! The 3rd bedroom “The History Room '' has a queen-size bed, two twin beds, and includes yet another full bathroom!! The 4th bedroom houses a twin bed, twin-size trundle bed and a roll away cot with a memory foam topper. This room, notably named “The Willie Nelson Room” provides a direct view of - you guessed it - Willie Nelson's house!!! There's also a bonus room on the first floor that features even more kids toys (plus a play kitchen and play tool-shop/workbench), a large TV (with FREE Netflix), TONS of seating, additional sleeping space and an extra refrigerator! The onsite laundry area (located within the bonus room) is easy to use and we even supply a few laundry pods! We also supply plush 5-star quality white towels, black hand towels for make-up removal, extremely comfortable bedding, a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, k-cups, coffee filters, creamer and spices (we've thought of it all)!! You can also enjoy the great outdoors in the various shaded seating areas with seating for your whole group! Enjoy a glass of Texas-style sweet tea (or wine acquired during a tour of the many local nearby wineries) while sitting on the front porch swing or lounging in the back porch while enjoying the Texas fresh air. The backyard provides shade, lighting for nighttime relaxing or fun, a fire pit with seating around, a grill, and a custom, private bocce ball court (equipment provided).
