Private queen bedroom between DC & Baltimore

Located between Baltimore, Washington DC, & Annapolis MD, this is a private bedroom with queen bed & shared bathroom suite. The house is 1 mile from MARC trains to DC & Baltimore & a 20-min drive to Fort Meade. We're located on a quiet dead end drive. There is a shared furnished kitchen with dining area and living room. There are 3 other rooms with bathrooms available (feel free to ask about them). The house is equipped with Verizon Fios dual-band WiFi. You’ll have access to the entire main floor if others have booked other rooms you will share the common areas. You also have access to the laundry room where Tide detergent and fabric sheets are provided for you. Laundry is also shared with the host family. You'll have your private bedroom and shared bathroom. You're welcome to use the shared kitchen and living room. Also, depending on bookings, you may have access to the garage. Just ask! This house is located in a residential community, we no limits on-street parking; please do be smart about not blocking access to driveways or streets. We live on a narrow street that maybe issue for large trucks. You may have to walk a bit for parking. We love to answer questions and issues with text, so we're always around to offer suggestions for what to explore in the area. But your space is totally private and your privacy is important to us. Just contact us if you need anything! This place is located 1 mile from the Marc train running between Baltimore and Washington DC. We utilize outdoor cameras and security system to provide security and monitoring. These sensors are outdoors only.
