Luxe guest suite-perfect Staycation Pool & Parking

Great tropical escape/staycation and your perfect get-a-way for relaxing. The private guest suite w/ bath is well appointed and very comfortable. It has its own separate entrance and deck with access to the heated pool which is shared w/ the other suite. The suite also contains everything you need plus a refrigerator , microwave & free WiFi. Water & coffee are complimentary. We love having guests enjoy our beautiful oasis. No unregistered guests allowed. This Suite is called BUNGALOW ONE. My place is unique mainly because of the gorgeous tropical heated pool & gardens but also because it's in a great location in a totally quiet & safe neighborhood. Easy access to all Miami & Miami Beach have to offer. Quick walk (5-8 minutes) to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, banks/ATM, Urgent care facility. Pool area is clothing optional. The central Air conditioning system is equipped w/ a UV light that effectively kills 99.9% if COVID 19 that could be present. We clean and sanitize the suite before a guest arrives and all staff and the hosts are fully vaccinated. There are exterior security cameras only in the FRONT of the property for your safety. This property is also the residence of Marco & Byron. Guests have access to use the tropical pool for swimming or just floating. Lounge chairs and shaded areas for sitting. There is also a great hammock and an outdoor shaded dining area. Washer and dryer are available for a small usage fee. We live in the main house on the property next door and am available to interact and answer any questions. Available 9am-10pm Location is in a residential area and only 2 blocks (500 meters) to a commercial zone and transportation. It is super quiet all of the time and very peaceful. It is also considered to be a very safe area for walking. Two (2) blocks/less that 500 meters to mass public transport with a straight shot south to downtown and north to Aventura. Uber and Lyft area available as well with quick pick up times.
