You'll be just a few steps from the 20-mile Wood River bike/ski path, a third of a mile from the Baldy lifts at River Run Day Lodge, and just a half-mile south of Ketchum Town Square. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Avenue in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
