We feel that here as we have built a small community where people still look out for each other. Our entrance is on highway 59 close to the intersection of Hwy 59 and FM 446. We are approximately 15 minutes from anywhere in Victoria Texas by way of the loop. We are also approximately 15 minutes from the Invista plant, 30 minutes from the Port Lavaca beach, 45 minutes from the Formosa plant, and only 2 hours from the big cities of Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Houston. Located on 55 acres of gorgeous Texas countryside. We have two ponds that we allow catch and release fishing in, lots of room for off trail hiking on the back 40 acres featuring 100 year old oak trees and plenty of wildlife, fenced dog park, community room for events, laundromat onsite, and plenty of kite flying space! We are working on developing hiking trails and another fishing pond currently.
