Our home is perfect for the solo adventurer, a romantic couple or an active family with 4 children. In a pinch we can accommodated groups of 8 guests. We provide a deluxe Continental breakfast & WiFi 200+Mbps We only accept one booking at a time. All guest accommodations and the entertainment area are on the ground floor. Two spacious bedrooms are available and share a private Jack & Jill bathroom. Number of guests does affect the price of the booking. Please read more about the space. Michele and Jim wish to share their modern country estate with interesting people. Centrally located in the Berkshires. We overlook ponds, pastoral farm land and an active wildlife wetland area. Sand Hill Cranes in residence April-October. This charming small town offers easy access to all the cultural and outdoor activities offered in Western Massachusetts. Please note: Solar Trackers provide renewable power for our home including our Geo Thermal HVAC system. We are striving to achieve net zero. In the residential wing are the two bedrooms with a private bathroom. In the entertainment wing are the great room/ dining room, TV den, 3 season porch, a second full bathroom and our kitchen. Our guests will have limited use of our kitchen. If you plan to use the kitchen please discuss your requirements with us before booking. Please be aware we are always in residence whenever we have guests and we share our home with two friendly, rescue dogs and a rescue poly-dactyl cat. Our pets do not share the guest bedrooms. We frequently have enjoyed interacting with our guest as the time, situations and preferences permit. Quaint small town of 1100 friendly souls on 30 square miles of land. Active farm land, beautiful scenery and abundant native wildlife. Having your own transportation is essential. Due to COVID-19: We have been vaccinated and out of an abundance of caution we follow all recommended masking, social distancing and cleanliness recommendations. We require all guests to have proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test within 48 hours of arrival. Please be aware we are always in residence whenever we have guests.
