Enjoy a games night or after-dinner drinks at a table for four. Unwind in the second living area, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a smart TV. A dedicated home office offers a remote work setup, along with a printer/copier. KITCHEN & DINING Release your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including an espresso machine, a wine fridge, and double oven. Three can perch at the breakfast bar, while the dining table seats six. BED & BATH The primary suite has a king bed, a sitting area with a gas fireplace, and a private patio. The en-suite bath has a walk-in steam shower with a large glass window. The second suite has a queen bed, desk, sitting area, and balcony access. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, and deck access. The third bath has a jetted tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The crown jewel of this property is the spectacular outdoor living space, complete with multiple lounge areas, walking paths, and an 8’ deep pool. The multi-level poolside paradise features an outdoor kitchen with a sink and gas grill. Two tables seat 10 for alfresco dining. Swing in the hammock just off the covered deck. The balcony off the main living area has bistro seating for two. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, tankless water heater for unlimited hot water, and carport parking for two cars are provided. Two electric vehicle charging stations are available (110-volt and 220-volt). Street parking is across the street on a first-come, first-serve basis. This two-story house is accessed via a minimum of four steps. There are multiple steps throughout outdoor areas. The lower deck does not have a railing -- extra caution is advised. The pool is available seasonally from June - October. The firepit and propane heaters are not available for guest use. Your reservation total will include all necessary utility fees.
