Sheltered from neighbors and prying eyes, you will be sure to find peace and privacy and enjoy your vacation! Relax in peace with our 6-person spa and dry outdoor sauna. You will find on the ground floor: - a large contemporary style living room with wood burning fireplace - a very well equipped kitchen with a central island ideal for cooking and / or sharing good moments with family or friends - the master bedroom with king bed and its full bath - a large bedroom with Queen bed and full bathroom - a dining room with a large rounded dining table, in a fully glazed room on the surrounding forest - access to the exterior wooden gallery with BBQ, garden furniture and spa 6 places On the ground floor are: - a large game room with pool table - a relaxing seating area with sectional sofa and TV - two bedrooms each with 2 single beds - a private bathroom with shower - access to the garden level with the 8 seater outdoor dry sauna You also have access to Fiddler Lake, less than 10 minutes' walk away. Canoes and pedal boat available upon request during Summer. IMPORTANT: this is a high-end chalet of contemporary style, furnished with care, with large windows and very bright. It is perfect for family reunions, weekend breaks with friends, ski weekends. It is not suitable for groups of "party animals", parties of graduates, drinking parties, etc ... We take care to respect the number of people indicated on the rental agreement (strict supervision on the spot) and we ask the tenants to respect the calm of the neighborhood after 11 pm, under pain of penalties. **PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RESERVATIONS WITH A CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON SATURDAY, WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED** **For 3, 4 or 5 night stays, please contact me directly for rates** - IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. We expect guests to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental agreement. A fee of $100+tx per night will be charged per additional guest. - It is important to respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood: parties are not permitted; Please also note that guests are expected to prevent excessive noise at night: we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10pm; - We do accept dogs (2 maximum per rental) but there is an additional fee of $85 for the hypoallergenic treatment after your stay (all our cottages are guaranteed allergy free).
