Convenient Paradise: 15-min to I-65 & Cullman

Four Bedroom / two bath house with two large decks overlooking large open water area of Smith Lake. A few easy steps to dock landing and dock in cove area and away from the main channel. Our house has fully equipped kitchen, two living areas, laundry room, and easy loop drive-way for pulling thru with boats and water crafts. We are 6 miles (10 minutes) to Smith Lake Park by road or boat. We are only 8 miles from I-65 at Good Hope Exit. Our house has Dish Network TV and AT&T Internet / WiFi. Cell phone coverage is excellent for AT&T and Verizon (little spotty for T-Mobile). The dock has 10' x 28' covered boat slip and two jet-ski ports (also covered) and swim deck. Swim Deck has a 5-Step ladder for easy entry/exit. Our DOCK has FULL Electrical (lighting and plugs).
