Spacious waterfront home with massive and inviting outdoor spaces, with access to a private dock. Indoors you will discover cathedral ceilings, multiple fireplaces, and several areas for your group to come together. A unique find is the the detached cottage in the back that includes bunk beds, pool table, and arcade game. The home is located on Swinging Bridge Reservoir, which is the largest largest lake in the Sullivan Catskills, and one of the few that allows motor boats. You'll feel removed from the city, but still within 20 minutes of groceries and things to do. The neighborhood is a mix of seasonal homes and year round residents. Feel free to bring your boat! A public boat launch is nearby , and just around the corner are two full services marinas--Starlight and Swinging Bridge Marinas. Detailed Information on Spaces: Upper Floor: Primary Bedroom: King Bed with En Suite Bathroom Main Level: 2 Bedrooms: Queen Beds. Full Bathroom accessible in the hallway. Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Woodburning Fireplace Lower Level: 2 Bedrooms: Queen Beds. Full Bathroom accessible in the hallway. Recreation Room, Woodburning Fireplace. Detached Kid's Kabin: Two Twin over Full Bunk Beds with additional Twin Trundles underneath. IMPORTANT: Kid's Kabin DOES NOT have a bathroom. You must walk outside to the main house for a restroom. Total In the Home: 1 King, 4 Queen, 2 Full, 4 Twin. Outdoors: Multiple decks to enjoy the outdoors on hammock swings or lounge chairs. Dock access during all seasons except winter. (lake freezes over) Kayaks On a case by case basis we will consider groups up to 16. Though the absolute maximum adult occupancy is 12. No exceptions. As noted above, the Kid's Kabin does NOT have a bathroom or central AC. You must walk back to the main house for a restroom.
