The Court House

The Court House is a beautiful little home in a central location. It is close to everything that Saginaw has to offer. The 3 bed 1 bath home is close to shopping, several points of interest, dining as well as the two hospitals. Guest have the use of the whole house including the basement. All I do not live at the unit. However, I will be available 24/7 as needed via email, TXT and phone number provided to the guest before check -in and in the Guest Manual/House Instructions Book. The house is close to old town Saginaw and the newer township. Old town has beautiful old buildings and is walkable with coffee shops and trendy restaurants. The township is newer and has the all the new current stores and chain restaurants. The list of points of interest in our house instructions. Enjoy! There is no shortage of parking in old town or the township. The unit had two off-street parking for guest use. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. Even though there is a fire-place, it is not functional and should not be used at all.
