Entire home for your next business trip, conference, or vacation. *Plenty of tables and chairs around the house for work, play, and privacy. Don't want to get stuck sleeping in common areas, futons, air mattresses, or sofa beds? We got you covered! ALL REAL BEDS ARE IN BEDROOMS. HOUSE RULES * NO SMOKING/VAPING inside of the property. Guests will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in the unit, regardless of any damages. *Please REMOVE SHOES once inside. Shoe rack is provided. Flip flops, sandals and socks are welcome :) *PLEASE DO NOT use our TOWELS AND LINENS for hair dyeing, makeup removal, shoe polishing, floor cleaning etc...other than hand drying clean bodies and hair :) -We provide facial tissue, black makeup towels in each bathroom, paper towels and kitchen towels under the kitchen sink. Additional charges may apply to damaged towels. -Please be respectful of property and neighbors. * NO PETS- Though not required we would appreciate it if you would inform us if bringing a service animal so we can properly clean for our next guests who might have allergies. * Use of "Pack N Play" must be requested IN ADVANCE. * No parties, or events, or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full security deposit for parties, events, and extra guests regardless of any damages. * Please respect the neighbors by observing quiet hours: 10pm-8am. * Please turn OFF heat and AC when leaving the property * Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
