An Cozy Oasis Among the Redwoods

Three Points Oasis is just that an oasis where you can unwind, relax and enjoy the beautiful forest that surrounds us. We welcome your pets and hope you can spend time exploring this beautiful region of California. If you like the outdoors there is plenty of hiking, horseback riding, strolling on the beach, exploring the redwood forest and the beautiful coast of highway 1. We are just 10 miles inland from the coast in a very secluded community. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home is equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible with luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and magnificent views of the forest. The living room comfortably seats six where you can enjoy watching a movie or your favorite show on the 70" screen smart TV while staying cozy with the wood burning fireplace. The very private and spacious master bedroom is upstairs with an en-suite bath. The 2 queen bedrooms share a bath on the main floor. Bring your favorite recipes and enjoy the bbq on the deck while listing the the birds and wild life that abounds. The entire property is 42 acres so you will not even see your neighbors. We are completely off the grid meaning all electricity is provided by our solar system with backup generator and the water comes from the well on our property. We compost and respect the gift of the land around us. The property contains many citrus trees, a grape arbor, 2 goats and of course our sweet resident horse Lucy. This spring we are adding chickens and will have fresh eggs eventually! We just completed our natural swimming pond and guests will enjoy the beautiful water feature along with the wooded areas of the property. An ideal spot for a dip on those hot summer days. We just purchased this property and have lots of fun projects to make this a memorable spot to vacation. We will periodically update photos here as work is complete. IMPORTANT: The last 3 miles to our property are uphill on an unpaved road. In the winter it is best if you have an AWD vehicle. Other times of the year the only cars that have difficulty are those that are really low to the ground. Lastly there is wifi in the form of Verizon router but it isn't suitable for streaming. The only cell service that works in this part of the state is Verizon. We will have an Android cell phone available so you can keep in touch with those important people in your life.
