Surfs Up Cottage(Bungalow) has a beautiful open floor plan with a cozy beach theme. The cottage has been completely renovated with a new bathroom, kitchen and flooring throughout. Pics coming before 2022 season. You'll enjoy the quaintness of a cottage and a large area for you and your guests to gather in. The farm cathedral ceilings invite you to enjoy a relaxing cozy feeling. The cottage hosts 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large backyard covered deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. Enjoy our smart outdoor TV with a gas fire pit. Mornings are great to relax on the large front porch with your coffee. There is private parking for 2 vehicles. The Space is amazing!!! ***GUESTS STAYING A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK MAY REQUEST THE 3RD BEDROOM*** NOTE: 1 BEDROOM IS LOCKED OFF FOR THE OWNER'S BELONGINGS> I am giving guests the option to choose the 2 bedrooms that best suits their needs. (example 2 traveling couples may choose the bedrooms with the queen and double size bed, and a family can choose the bunk bed room and the double bed bedroom) For guests staying 1 week or longer, I may open the 3rd bedroom. NOTE: THERE IS A LOFT WITH 2 MATTRESSES (fold up thinner mattresses, but still comfy) MUST REQUEST ACCESS You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach More information The space The Cottage has been completely remodeled NEW AND BEAUTIFUL.
