The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, walk-in closet and second flat screen TV. Enjoy your private covered patio facing the lushly landscaped courtyard. Assigned covered parking near unit. Washer and dryer are inside unit. This unit is located in a small condo complex called Desert Gold. The complex is very guest friendly, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. You can enjoy the large pool, heated spa or meet your neighbors in the expansive courtyard. The community area has tables, chairs and three gas barbeques, all available for your use. Wickenburg is a quiet laid back town of the old west with gold mines, saloons, and historical museums. But don’t miss out on the big events and attractions the area has to offer. Located just 60 miles away is Phoenix, Arizona. You are within easy reach of world class dining, shopping, entertainment, and sports. Guest will be required to agree to and sign guest terms and conditions and follow HOA rules which will be emailed. If you have questions, please ask in advance. $100 per month cap on utilities.
