Welcome to the Sunny Days House! This recently updated house with a community pool is in the perfect location... just across Hwy 98 from the start of 30A and 0.6 miles to Rosemary, 0.7 mi to the public access to Inlet Beach, 0.1 mi to shops/dining at 30Avenue. You'll be super close to the best of 30A without the traffic & noise. As parents of two young kids, we know what a hassle it is to travel with all of the gear! That's why we provide everything you'll need to ease your travel plans (pack n' play, stroller, highchair, etc - see details below.) ***Note: recent updates for 2022 just added (not reflected in photos yet): new luxury vinyl flooring upstairs (no more carpet), 100% new paint inside the house, brand-new high-powered HVAC system, and a new backyard fenced in play area*** At nearly 1,800 square feet this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house has plenty of space for your family and friends to spread out, sleep up to 8 people comfortably, and enjoy that vacation life. We have a large dining area that can sit 8 and bar seating for 4 so your group can all eat together as well. The house is situated just around the corner from a wonderful, non-heated, community pool. While our house may be called 'Sunny Days,' don't fret; if rain clouds drop in we have a ton to do inside the house. Each bedroom has a Smart Fire TV with an included complimentary subscription to Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, and streaming access to live network and cable TV via YouTube TV. You can also easily login to your own personal Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ or Apple+ accounts as well. The living room TV downstairs is a brand-new, 65" TV with 5.1 surround sound; perfect for a movie night. The bunk room features a 100" pull-down projector screen and projector. You can even enjoy streaming your favorite show from the master bathtub! You'll find board games, toys, and books for the whole family to explore. New for 2022: we have added in a new fenced in backyard area with yard games including Cornhole, and an enclosed area for your family to run around! ABOUT THE LOCATION: - The beauty of the location here is that you're just a short walk or bike ride away from Rosemary Beach town square and all of 30A, but you don't have to battle traffic and all of the noise associated with it. - There is a public beach access (with no steps, just a ramp) at S. Orange St with free parking & bathrooms about 1 mile away if you'd prefer to drive. If you prefer to bike or walk, the nearest public beach access is located off Winston Lane about 0.7 miles away and has plenty of bike parking. -The 30Avenue shopping center is literally located behind our house (about a 3 minute walk). You'll find high-end shopping there, and 6+ delicious restaurants, ranging from quick-serve to sit-down to even an ice cream shop. AMENTITY HIGHLIGHTS: - 2 cruiser bikes with 1 kid bike trailer and 1 cargo trailer. - The garage is filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, shovels, and everything you need to have fun at the beach. - Each bedroom has blackout curtains, white noise machines, and brand-new ceiling fans for optimal sleeping conditions. - The house is wired with 1 gig fiber internet and we have whole-home wifi so every room gets blazing fast, solid wifi. There is also a desk in the queen room if you need to work remotely. - Starter quantities of cleaning/toiletry items are provided: dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper trash bags, hand soap, bars of soap, and shampoo/conditioner. - The kitchen is well-appointed including a convection toaster oven/air fryer combo, a 12 cup coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker. AMENITIES FOR BABIES/TODDLERS: - Built-in baby gates at the top/bottom of stairs. - Books and games on-site and a special 'play area' in the bunk room. - 2 pack n' play cribs with upgraded mattresses - Bed bumpers (2) to use on the queen bed - An extra twin mattress (under queen bed) that can be placed on floor for toddlers. - Outlet covers - Audio baby monitor - White noise machines (3) - Highchair - Booster seat - Built-in toddler sized potty seats (2) - Step stools for bathrooms (3) - Beach toys for kids - Double stroller & single umbrella stroller - Bike trailer for 2 children (ages 6 mo to 5, up to combined 100lb) SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT OPTIONS: - A pack n' play (or 2) can easily fit in the massive master bedroom closet and there is an air vent in there so it's a perfect sleeping area for a baby. - In the bunk room you can sleep up to 4 between the brand-new queen bed, the lofted twin, and an extra twin mattress under the queen. CLEANING INFO: - Our professional cleaning crew is very diligent and in light of Covid-19, they are wiping down all high touch-point areas (remotes, light switches, door handles, etc) with additional CDC approved cleaners after each checkout. 100% of bedding is washed after each checkout (including comforters and shams). SECURITY: - Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera in the front of the house that does not record audio and is only used to verify guests successfully check-in. ------- Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am during the off-season. (September through February) Check-in is 5pm, check-out is 10am during peak season (March through September) ****Note: During peak Summer season (May-Aug), a 7 day minimum is required and check-in's are on Saturdays so make sure to start your in-season booking request on a Saturday in order to see full availability.**** If you have any questions or want to see if we can change date minimums/check-in dates depending on your situation, feel free to reach out and we'll see if we can work something out! Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Typically your best bet will be flying Southwest airlines into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport which is a 30 minute drive to the house. Starting in May 2021, Southwest will also fly in to VPS (Destin airport) which is a little over a 1 hour drive.
