OC Modern Retreat is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood. The 2-story home has 2,681 sq. ft. which accommodates family reunions, work trips, or retreats nicely. This private, airy modern-style property is spacious for group gatherings. It offers free Wi-Fi, Netflix, an open kitchen, 5 separate private rooms, 1 loft area with 2 twin beds, games, pool table, dining room, 3 separate full bathrooms (1 in the master bedroom and the other 2 shared) and an outdoor (unheated) pool area. The home has 1 King bedroom + private bathroom, 3 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom downstairs. The home has 2 twin beds (daybed) in the loft area, 1 King bedroom and 1 full bathroom upstairs. Our guests will have full, private access to the entire home. Check in anytime after 3:00 PM I give my guests space but am available when needed. Mission Viejo is listed as one of the safest cities in California. You will be in a quiet and clean residential neighborhood conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and beaches. We are close to the I-5 and the I-405 freeways and we definitely recommend a car rental to enjoy all of the attractions we are close to, such as the beach, shopping centers, Disneyland, etc. We also have local buses and Uber available in the area. We will be at your service via Airbnb, phone, text, or (Hidden by Airbnb) for international guests who do not have a local phone number. Only guests 25 years old and older can book this home if you reside within 100 miles of Mission Viejo, CA NO SMOKING "ANYTHING" inside or outside the premises at any time. SWIMMING POOL is NOT heated. For safety reasons, the fireplaces are only decorative and no fires are permitted.
