This home has just been remodeled from top to bottom with all new beds, furnishings, and decor! Only 1 hr 15 min away from Twin Cities means you spend less time in your car and more time enjoying the lake and everything it has to offer. One of the area’s top fishing spots is right off the dock! Great swimming and boating possibilities across 15 interconnected lakes with several public boat launches easily accessible nearby. Or just kick back and enjoy the many relaxing spots on the wrap around deck to enjoy a good book or a game of cards while watching your kids both big and small race through the amazing yard in front of you. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 + bedroom, 2 bath lake house! Cabin has beds for 14 plus two pull out couches. The main floor has two bedrooms one with a king size and one with a queen size bed. The loft features a king bed reading nook along with 4 loft twin bunk house style beds. The lower level bedroom features a king size bed as well as a cute nook with 2 twin bunk beds. The dining table can seat up to 12 plus the open kitchen can seat an additional 8 guests perfect for family dining. Guests can enjoy a day of relaxation or lawn games on the almost 2 acres of property, fishing off the dock, water activities including paddle boating and kayaking with the boats. You'll love the small town friendly community of Richmond and Cold Spring and the surrounding communities with their many festivals and unique small town activities offered for all ages. You can bring your own boat and tie to the dock or rent one (boat/pontoon/jet ski) from the local marina. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking on the property or in the house. 4 cars maximum in the driveway (1 in the garage if needed). No street parking. We are located in a quiet residential area. No bachelorette/bachelor gatherings. No parties or weddings.
