We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews. Nearly 250 square feet of living space that includes a comfortable queen bed, private bathroom, kitchenette , Wi-Fi and streaming TV Guest Access: The studio is located on a property with 3 other nice and quiet apartments. Guests have private access to the rented Airbnb but are welcome to make friends with the neighbors if they so choose. The Neighborhood: 5 min walk to Cleveland Bagel and The Harp. Moments away from Gordon Square and W. 25th St. which is home to the famous Westside Market. Historic Cleveland neighborhood with lots of charm. Getting Around: Parking is on the street, there is a bus line near here or if you walk into Hingetown you can hop on bike rentals and cruise around to see the sights. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Extra clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost. Interaction with Guests: We don’t live on the property but will make sure to be available.
