Make sure to pack the camera at home when you choose to stay at the Claim Jumper Townhouses during your mountain getaway because the views from your unit are nothing but picture perfect! Whether you spend the day fishing down at the ponds or decide to head over to explore the mountains, the fun is only a hop, skip, and a jump away. Claim Jumper 8 is a three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom corner unit deluxe townhome that sleeps 12. Bedrooms one and two are located on the second floor, and both have king beds. Bedroom 3, which is the loft on the third floor, has twin bunk beds and two queen beds. Downstairs on the first floor, you will find a cozy living room with a queen sleeper, full kitchen, wood fireplace, Washer/Dryer, TV/VCR/DVD, phone, and WiFi available. The unit is non-smoking. Pets considered. One small, housebroken dog will be allowed with an accompanying non-refundable pet deposit. Renter must obey leash law, pick up after their pet, and will be held responsible for any damage occurring to the unit. Pet Fee: If a pet fee isn't charged at the time of booking it may be charged at the time of check-in or after check-out. Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is NO trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. The total square footage is 1310. All Claim Jumper properties are non-smoking. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please leave temperature on heater at 55 degrees before leaving property.
