This cozy Cottage offers 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom (shower only), a nice sized open living space and kitchenette (no stove only a toaster oven/air fryer and electric skillet), AC and heating. The Cottage is very conveniently located in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail close to many award winning wineries, breweries, and eateries. The Cottage is a separate structure from the hosts main house, but Cottage guests have both dock and lake access. With 24/7 dock access guests can enjoy awesome sunrises, coffee, and local wines.
