The kitchen is very well-equipped for preparing meals that can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the dining table with seating for eight. Should you like to cook and eat outside, there’s a gas grill and dining table on the deck which can be accessed via slider doors off of the dining/living room area. The living room is located off the dining area, and features a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a luxurious leather sofa and chairs, as well as access to a deck with outdoor seating. The main floor has two full bathrooms. There are also two mini split wall mounted a/c’s in the living area. The lower level of the home features a second dining area, as well as another living area with a cozy sofa and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a charming library/music room located just off the living area with a baby grand piano and a collection of books. Adults and children alike are sure to enjoy the ping pong table! Access to the new screened-in porch with plenty of comfortable seating, is located off the dining area on the lower level. There is also a private island with the property that is great for picnics.
