Summary: New home completed in 2020 inside of Surf Pines, the largest gated community on the North Oregon Coast that offers miles of beaches and natural wildlife within walking distance. We've specifically equipped our home to be ideal for beach getaways of all kinds and for all ages. Centrally located, you will be a 5-minute drive from Gearhart, 10-minute drive from the heart of Seaside, 20 minutes north to Astoria and 20 minutes south to Cannon Beach. Beach access is a 12-minute .4 mile walk and cars can drive on the beach as well if you’d rather load up and drive 4 minutes down to the entrance of Del Ray Beach. This home is in a quiet residential area and guests are expected to adhere to community rules and guidelines including the very strict 10pm noise ordinance. You can check out our video at https://www.instagram.com/stellar_beachhouse/ The Space: With four bedrooms total, the master has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom, bedrooms 2 & 3 each have queens, while the 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds, 1 bunk bed has twin size mattresses and 1 bunk bed has full size mattresses. The house will allow 7 to enjoy their own bed, or it can sleep up to 12 with beds being shared. We also have 2 air mattresses and 1 porta crib available if needed. Enjoy everything this 1.5-acre space has to offer. Sand volleyball or badminton courts available for use, as well as cornhole, football, frisbees and ping-pong in the garage. Finish each day soaking in the 6-person hot tub on the covered back patio with plenty of privacy that this large back yard provides. Feel free to use the firewood in the garage and use the firepit in the back yard. The kitchen contains all of the necessities for you to prepare meals at home. It's perfectly equipped by a SuperHost who wants nothing more than for you to have a delightful experience in your home away from home! We've equipped our home with all of the comforts you might expect (including an 82" TV in the main room, a 65” in the master and a 55” outside on the back patio, high-end appliances and plenty of pillows), but we also have small touches like local cookbooks, Legos & board games for the kids, visitor guides, a pack and play, high-end wireless system for your music and over 100 favorite movies for all ages on DVD in case you experience any technical difficulties with the smart TVs, or want to entertain the kids in the other room so the adults can enjoy a break. We've tried to think of everything we might want (and need) -- and tried to bring it to YOU for your comfort and enjoyment. This house is set up for families to enjoy some time together. This house is not designed for large groups of adults who are interested in partying late into the evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly and the neighbors expect that same feeling to come from our place. This is the only vacation rental on the road so it is very important to the neighbors to not feel that they are living in tourist area. Guest Access: Guests have access to entire property and all amenities on site except the golf cart in the garage. Some cabinets may have locks and those will be inaccessible to guests as they contain the owners personal items. Please do not tamper with locked cabinets. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors who are respectful of our guests and expect our guests to be equally quiet and respectful as well. There is a strict 10pm noise ordinance in place by the county. If you violate the noise ordinance you will get 1 warning, if we receive a second complaint we will ask you to leave without refund. This is the only vacation rental on the road and the neighbors expect to be able to peacefully enjoy their homes without the noise of vacationers who are unaware or unwilling of the noise they produce after 10pm. Off road vehicles can be brought to the house to use on the beach with an access points at DelRay Beach but they are not to be taken off of the trailer at the home. Getting Around: You will need a car to get here but many places are accessible by walking or biking. Other Things to Note: There is a noise monitoring system and a driveway ring camera. We do not record voice nor can we hear your conversations, it only monitors decibels. The ring camera monitors the driveway only. Interaction with Guests: Owners and property manager live in Portland but are available if needed. Cleaner is local and can assist with emergency needs.
