Off the kitchen, there is a spacious dining area, living area and full bathroom. The dining area features seating for 8. There is additional seating in the kitchen island. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a gas fireplace. There are three bedrooms on the main level. The first bedroom is a full bed with bar door. The second bedroom features king bedroom with attached bathroom en-suite. The master bathroom features single vanity and tiled shower. The third bedroom also features a king bed and is attached to a large bathroom with vanity and tiled shower/tub combo. Enjoy the natural sunlight throughout the home with an abundance of windows. As you venture downstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, living space, and full bathroom. The first bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom features two twin over full bunks and bean bags. The perfect oasis for kids and teens! The living room features a second hang-out space with sofa and TV. The house is equipped with internet, however, it is not high speed WIFI. It would be suitable for basic emailing but not streaming. Venture in the backyard to find a river retreat, complete with firepit, propane grill, and a covered outside area with picnic tables, bar area, and TV! The House also features a large flat grassy yard in front of the house perfect for relaxing, yard games, and fun for kids and adults alike! *We also are pet friendly but there is a $35 per night, per pet fee! We offer an exclusive private chef, with unique, local, and freshly prepared meals served family style in the comforts of your vacation home. He offers Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner options! Pricing starts at $22/pp including two entrees, two sides, and a salad! All the meal prep, cooking, and clean up is taken care of for you! To make your vacation as stress-free and relaxing as possible, we now offer grocery delivery and set up upon arrival. We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then.
