This house is a great place! The prices quoted in this listing are for stays of seven or more unless it is middle of the week that you are wanting. If you want a shorter stay over a weekend, then we will have to work some thing out. I love this VRBO program. It is exciting to me to meet new people and all of my guests, for the most part, are really nice and responsible people.I am willing to work out extenuating circumstances and unusual group needs. For example, if you have a large group, or odd dates that do not fit in the usual format. Very recently I have been able to find someone who is willing to clean up after guests leave. She charges $125.00. Please let me know ASAP so that I can get you on her schedule. She is even willing to work weekends and Sundays. If you do not want to pay for cleaning service, then you must clean up after yourself and leave the house in the condition that you got it. There are cleaning supplies and a checklist so you know what to do. There are two twin bunk beds in the blue bedroom. It has a ladder and a guard rail on the top bed. Use at your own risk. I recommend that you do not allow small children up on the top. If you go tubing down the Apple River, be sure that you wear life jackets and shoes or water socks. Remember, it is a real and wild river. Do not mistake it for a waterpark Lazy River. We really had a lot of fun on their outdoor water slides. If all you want to do is slide and mini golf, then the ticket is only about $8.00 or so. Combined with River tubing, will run you closer to under $15. There is a waterfall for taking special photos in front of Willow River.
