Then, take a stroll to cafes, Whole Foods and Duke University's East Campus.  From this top floor condo with no one above you, you’ll enjoy views of trees from the condo’s windows and my favorite place, a true, large back porch to lounge, work or dine. Upon entering, you’ll feel any tension evaporate as you step into an inviting open plan Living Room and Dining room perfect for unwinding. In the living room there’s a large 50" TV with Roku where you can sign in your streaming channels. To the right of the dining room is a light and bright kitchen, equipped for cooking with new appliances. A blender for juicing and a bamboo steamer for veggies are at your disposal if you feel the need to offset the cafe life! The furniture is an eclectic mix, including a comfortable Restoration Hardware loveseat, a funky desk, a furry rug that quickly becomes everybody’s go-to spot for lounging or yoga. This condo also has no carpet, only nice hardwood style laminate floors. To the left of the dining room is the kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking. Down the hall, you’ll find a laundry room with washer/dryer and detergent available, the main bathroom straight ahead with a bath/shower combo and soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion for you. The master bedroom is on the right, while the second bedroom is on the left. Both bedrooms have supportive Queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The master has access to the half bathroom. Both bedrooms feature reading lamps, insulating curtains, and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a desk and chair. To avoid confusion, and so that you can see an accurate rental price PRIOR to booking, make sure to enter the correct number of overnight guests. When checking out, VRBO will label any number of guests over the first 2 as “Additional Guest(s).
