No parties! The Space: Close to the convention center, downtown/midtown areas,the golden one center, cal expo, discovery park, old Sacramento! This is a no smoking property, please use ash trays outside, Kid Friendly, (we will add what you need) High chairs, pack in play, toys,bassinet, baby bath etc. Let us know what you need! Guest Access: Private Space For Guests. The Neighborhood: Quiet Neighborhood ready for your stay. Lots of cars coming and going on the street, Two restaurants nearby are very popular. Close to lots of near by night life and restaurants. Close to midtown, oak park and downtown area. You can’t beat this location! Getting Around: Bike, Bus, Car, Walk, Lyft, Uber, Jump bike, Jump scooter Other Things to Note: COVID-19 POLICIES: If you plan on testing before your arrival please do so before the cancelation window in order to receive a full refund if you can no longer make it. Guests with no reviews we require: -$500 refundable security deposit required All Guests: -Signing of house manual before check in required -Our yard maintenance company tends to the yard in the front and back every Tuesday morning around 11am. They have a key and bring equipment in the yard area. Please keep this in mind, thank you! -Please be aware that our neighbor pulls down and pulls up the trash & recycling cans every Tuesday evening for Trash day Wednesday morning. If you'd prefer to handle this yourself not to worry. Please let host know. -Quiet time 10pm, No boombox speaker systems outside after neighborhood quiet time -If having additional guests that are not accounted for on reservation please let host know to request approval. No more than the sleeping count is allowed on the property unless host approves -No Smoking Home, Smoking in designated smoking areas only -No pets or fees apply -No eats or drinking in bedrooms please & use drink coasters on wood side tables or dining room table. Thanks for understanding in advance -Longer stays over 10 days require a cleaning deposit and if not necessary will refund after check out. -Bookings on Thanksgiving & Christmas a cleaning deposit of $250 is required. If no additional services are required we refund the entire amount back. This does not apply for guests with no reviews due to the $250 deposit already being collected after booking, however guests with reviews, the $250 will need to be collected before the check in date.
