There is alot of space to hang out with drinks, friends and family. Tons of outdoor space; a wonderful deck with out door seating and a propane gas fireplace. It also has a side covered veranda with a table and chairs and propane grill. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable! Sunset features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed with luxury linens and its own bathroom. There is a slider that opens to the front porch. The second bedroom is right off the living room. It features a twin over a full bunk bed. Right next to that room is a full bathroom with stand up shower. The home also has a full size washer and dryer. The living room is large. The lake view is spectacular! The home features a big screen television and comfortable seating. There is a full size pull out bed that can be used for extra sleeping. The kitchen and dining rooms are combined and feature subway tile, beautiful marble countertops, new cabinetry and appliances. The third bedroom is off of the dining room. A quiet room with a queen bed. There is a full size bathroom right outside the room. You will love staying in this in this luxury home where you will feel pampered and relaxed. Please note that you must be 25 or older to rent the home. We will not accept bachelor or bachelorette parties. This is not a party house. If that is what you are looking to do on your visit, this home is not for you. We are looking for families/groups to rent the home that are wanting a relaxing laid back trip to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
