This two story home is perfectly located close to 93, 495 and 95. This property is only twenty five miles away from Boston. Therefore, you can make it to Boston in less than 30 minutes without traffic because you are literally 5 mins away from 93 highway. This location, makes it perfect because you can literally move fast to any location in Massachusetts being strategically located close to 495 and 95. Only few blocks away from this property, there is a perfect jogging trail that can be used both for running or ridding bikes. The trail, is beautiful and crosses over to New Hampshire. In case you are traveling for work in New Hampshire, we are also close to Salem NH 10 mins away, and Nashua NH is also about 25 minutes away. In addition, we are very close to two large malls and two shopping plazas. Walmart, Target, Stop and Shop and Market Basket 5 mins away. Whether you are traveling for work, tourism or just need a place for few days, this home will make you feel comfortable avoid parking fees, there is space for two cars in the driveway. There are three bedrooms in the 2nd floor each one with a small closet. There is a large bedroom with a queen bed, and two smaller bedrooms with a full size bed. In addition, there are two more bedrooms in on the third floor one with a queen bed and the other with a full daybed. On the first floor there is also a nice office/studio there is a desk for convenience. This home features a full bath on the second floor next to the bedrooms, plus a half bath on the first floor. The first floor has a nice eat in kitchen with everything needed to cook, pots, pans, and everything else. There is also a very large living room with a fifty five inch TV with Netflix, FIOS cable, multiple HD channel options, HBO, Showtime, ESPN+, HULU TV, Disney, etc. Finally, there is also a washer dryer combo on the first floor so that you can wash your clothes without having to leave this place. The entrance is private and the home is very large with big windows, there is lots of natural light, this home has a historical background, but was renovated and updated to make it comfortable. We will go above and beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. On the back of the house, there is another small property, however each home has separate entrances and driveways. This is a private home, but some walls are shared with the other property. However there aren't any noise concerns.
