Large enough to sleep six, but small enough to feel like home, there are two bedrooms in this house on stilts. The top-floor has a king-sized bed and a private balcony, while the second bedroom has two full-sized bunks and a trundle. A crib is available for the littlest family member. There are two bathrooms, including one that features a relaxing soaking tub. An open-air shower is also available to wash off the remnants of your sandcastle. The kitchen is well-appointed for any meal you want to dish up or you can grill and picnic beneath the covered patio. (There is both a propane and ceramic grill available. Remember to bring your fuel.) A full-size washer and dryer, free WIFI and cable, three flat-screen smart televisions, driveway parking, a fully fenced yard, beach toys, chairs and outdoor games are all available for use. The Strand is about 15 miles away, Moody Gardens is about 10 miles and Galveston State Park is 3 miles away. Family-friendly, yet great for honeymoons or a small group of friends, this spot has it all.
