Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life. Getting Around: A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given its a more rural setting. Other Things to Note: -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - No pets or animals allowed, any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $350 dollar fee - No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval and up to 20 total guests. Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry - Must be at least 27 years old to book - Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
