Victoria at Montro is a charm and tastefully decorated two-story townhouse in a highly desirable neighborhood of Graduate hospital in the southern Center City of Philadelphia. Less than 10 -15 minutes walking distance to South Street, Penn Hospitals, University City Campus, Rittenhouse, Filter Square, Kimmel Center, etc. Less than $10 Uber takes you around all major sightseeing in the center city. A few minutes walking to Supermarket and Cafes at South Square and many restaurants, shops, and bars along the South Street. Walk down to Schuylkill River Bank, enjoying running, walking, and biking along with many local residents. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood with a tight network of family friendly neighbors. Victoria at Montro is newly renovated with an open floor of living and dining room, bathroom, and a full kitchen on the first floor. High speed Internet, TV, three-way charge station are available for guests to use. A sofa bed is also for an extra guest. Kitchen is equipped with Whirlpool appliances (dishwasher, 4 burner gas range, and refrigerator). In addition, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking supplies, ingredients, and snacks are all readily available for guests. Second floor has two beautiful bedrooms to accompany 4 guests. Two bedrooms are situated at the each end of floor, separated by a full bathroom and hallway. A crib is available upon request in advance. All bathrooms comes with plenty amendities including individually wrapped hand bar, body bar, and shampoo to give a fresh start. There is a quiet backyard for an outdoor relaxing and it is very bring at night. Laundry facilities conveniently locate in the clean basement. All laundry supplies are provided. Entire house for one group of guests at a time. Host is not living at the property but readily available to provide any assistance if needed. Victoria at Montro is an ideal place for a family vacation, business travelers, and tourists for a comfort stay.
