Hello and Welcome to this charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in the First city of Kansas! Not far from Leavenworth's most sought-out spots: Weston bend state park and Frontier Army Museum. Being within a mile from Fort Leavenworth, we welcome all military personnel! The unit is also located within walking distance to the Missouri river and train tracks. Inside, the apartment is quiet so you can have a great night's sleep and enjoy your privacy. Included is a washer/dryer and gym. We will be in the area to help out with any situations that may arise and can do contactless delivery options if needed. Hi, Your trip is coming up and we are so excited to host you! Please take a minute to view the house guidelines and check-in instructions below: $250 smoking fine. $50 for each unauthorized guest. $250 partying fine (Quiet hours in the building are 10 pm - 6 am). $100 for a late check-out (Unless late check-out is previously arranged with the host). Upon entering the apartment, please keep a few things in mind... The decorative pillows on the couches and beds are for decoration only, please do not sleep with them. Remove from beds/couches. Please avoid wiping anything on the towels that could ruin or stain them. (Makeup, spilled food/drink, etc). We provide paper towels on the kitchen shelf and below the sink for such occasions. So, we ask that you please use the paper towels to avoid damages to our items. After checkout please collect and remove all towels, sheets, and linens that were used and leave them on the bed or in a visible location. For your check-out, please lock the door and return the keys to the lockbox on the outside of the building door. The lockbox code can be found in the check-in instructions packet.
