Welcome to the Lake! My Lakefront Condo has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the Beautiful view and Sunsets from the 2nd-floor balcony porch. The community pool is located nearby and tennis courts are onsite. There is lots to enjoy in the area, White Water Center, NASCAR events, horse riding, Many Golf Courses. A variety of great dining Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson, and Mooresville! Uptown Charlotte and Charlotte Motor Speedway are only 20 minutes away. Birkdale Shopping Center is within a five-minute drive. Jetton Park has many walking trails and playground for the children. This is not a beater rental, it is my second home - so I do not rent to people who are part of a group situation... renting multiple units for weddings or reunions. I strictly prohibit parties in my unit - so it is my protective policy to not be a part of any group situation. Also, be advised there is a security camera on the EXTERIOR at the front door - THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE UNIT AT ALL. BE ASSURED! Even though there is an elevator in the building - there is the very RARE possibility it could malfunction and have to be re-set. So if you have someone in your party who cannot do stairs in such an occurrence you want to take this into consideration. Please note I have a 3 night minimum.
