Main floor bedroom has a double bed. Double futon in the living room. Full kitchen Washer and dryer, WIFI, Flatscreen SMART tv, VIP cable package 6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. SPACE FOR 3 CARS ONLY - no extras. Tennis courts and library a 3 minute walk. Please note that this is NOT PARTY PLACE WHATSOEVER - no tolerance. No visitors.
