One is occupied by long-term tenants who assist with maintaining the property and for security reasons, particularly when the house is not being rented. The other is occupied by the owner when he is in the U.S. The tenants and owner do not have access to the upper level. Please don’t let their presence stop you from having fun and enjoying the home. Do what you would at your own home: laugh, cook, play music, dance and have a great time.
