The Guest House at The Dalya Estate is bright and sunny with large windows, which allows for ample natural light. The charming fully equipped kitchen features a vintage O'Keefe and Merritt range. The home is heated through central air, and during the winter, the gas fireplace is a perfect way to warm the home and cozy up for the evening. There is a window air conditioning unit for extra hot days. The guest cottage also has its own laundry area which is located just outside the kitchen nook. Adjacent to the guest cottage is a screened in porch, perfect for an afternoon siesta or escaping with a good book. The home also has a lovely grass area with string lights for a perfect summer dinner party. TOT #2991N This home has a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a upstairs open loft bedroom with a queen bed and futon.* There is a 3rd bonus room with an extra futon sleeper. **NOTE: the stairs to the loft bedroom are short and very steep, not designed for toddlers or older legs. While our property is 6+ acres and surrounded on three sides by large commercial vineyards, we do have neighbors with whom we share a mutual respect for local noise ordinances. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment where friends and family can kick back, laugh and enjoy themselves immensely. Just a reminder, this home is located on a working vineyard, so there is work at the front of the property, where the grapes are located, as well as sulfur sprayed on a weekly basis. The vineyard is organically farmed, so all activity is free of harmful chemicals. The entire estate can be rented or the main house and guest house separately.
