Summary: ***We will open for the 2022 season in September due to work that is being done to reestablish a section of historic colonial field and more blueberry area.*** Soak in the beautiful view of Prospect Mountain from your secluded campsite on the edge of a wild blueberry patch. Enjoy miles of walking, hiking, and mountain bike trails right outside your tent, or take a short bike ride or drive to the local swimming pond to enjoy the clear mountain water. We offer guided kayak trips down the local Suncook River, with all the gear provided. At night peacefully soak in the wilderness by the campfire under the stars! There is so much to do in New Hampshire, and we are located right in the middle of it all. Visit a local winery, go apple picking, or drive up to Gunstock Ski Area for some great aerial views of the lake while you zipline down the mountain or rock climb in a nearby state park. We are close to Lakes Region activities and state parks: Just 25 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee, 50 minutes to the seacoast, and 90 miles to Boston. INCLUDED in the Campsite: Queen size cot with comfortable mattress with bedding, pillows, and extra blankets. Night tables, shoe bench. Adirondack chairs and table on deck overlooking the mountain. Hammock overlooking the mountain. Extra cots for children with sleeping bags available at no extra charge. Extra 3 man tent available. We fully sanitize everything between guests for your safety. Separate toilet and shower area. RV self contained toilet and heated shower. Covered picnic table. Gas grill and cooler. Kitchen area with sink and counter for meal prep and dishes. Camp fire pit with unlimited free firewood. Grill for campfire. Camping pots and pans, dishes and silverware provided. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, oven mits, grilling needs, coffee with coffee mate and sugar in our kitchen box included at no extra charge. We recommend our easy meal options so you don't have to carry more than you need. Meals arrive to your campsite all prepared and ready for the grill. ARRIVAL: We await your arrival and escort you out to to the campsite. Your gear rides out in the trailer, and it is just a short 5 minute walk into the woods along the side of the horse pasture and the wild blueberry patch. The Space: Beautiful mountain view campsite. Hiking, and kayaking. Swimming in a local freshwater pond. Firewood, gas grill, and bedding for the queen cot all included. Stunning fall foliage location! Guest Access: This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise. Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property. If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set! Occupancy: Max occupancy refers to the total number of campers allowed at the site during your reservation. We welcome campers with larger parties, but you may need to bring extra camping gear of your own in addition to the tent that is already provided. Please plan accordingly. Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry! Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days. Tentrr Extras: These are other amenities, services, or activities that may be provided by your CampKeeper for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add these to your booking so that we can process payment. Availability of any Extras are not guaranteed and must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
