Beautiful Fields B & B is in a country setting located 12 minutes from The Legends Shopping area and the Kansas Speedway. It is licensed in Wyandotte County, Kansas. It’s a 30 minute drive to almost anywhere in the Kansas City Metro area. It’s great for a quick get away or a weekend respite. 51 acres to explore with a 2 1/2 acre stocked pond. 2 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Queen beds with comfy quilts and plenty of space to snuggle up or spread out. The Sunset Suite consists of a large bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a full size shower. The bedroom offers a queen sized Sleep Number bed with memory foam topper. This room has a rocker recliner and a gorgeous view. Shared space includes a common room with TV, DVD player, DVDs, pool table and a lower patio with tables and chairs. There is a table for dining that can also be used as a game table. Guests can also enjoy the front porch with a view of the pond and plenty of rocking chairs. The rear upper deck is also available. Also, if you need a second bedroom please look for our Sunrise Suite in AIRBNB — it is a separate listing. The common area inside and the outdoor areas are available. Watch the sunset from the patio or front porch. Sit on the dock for a relaxing water view. Breakfast will be served between 7-10 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 7-9:30 Sundays. The fresh fare will change daily. The owners live in the home and will be available when guests are on the premises. Our location makes you feel like you are in the middle of the country with its beautiful fields, woods and pond. You’ll be pampered with comfy and nice amenities. 12 minutes away you’ll find the Legends area with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Go 15 minutes north to downtown Leavenworth and explore the First City of Kansas. It is easy to get to many wonderful places such as Weston, Missouri, Lawerence, Kansas and Topeka, Kansas. We are on the south side of Marxen. We have a wide open entrance to our lane. Our mailbox has the numbers of our address. Once you arrive at our lane entrance simply drive down the lane, going over the dam of the pond, and up to the concrete driveway between the house and the barn. Park by the barn and we will meet you there. .FYI your GPS may take you down the gravel part of Marxen Road. It is just over a mile from K5 to our Lane. Depending on the direction you are coming in from and the weather in the winter an alternate route is Donohoo to 123rd. The Wifi is available. Cell service is good with most providers. There is good space for reading, watching a DVD, playing a game or relaxing. We do live in the house. We strive for quiet but there are times when family or friends may be there for gatherings. From 10 pm until 7 am is our quiet time. We have 2 Golden doodles in our family. They are sweet and will give lots of love and kisses to those who enjoy dogs.
