You will have access to the entire house, front yard, side porch, side yard and the small apple orchard. We live in the main house located behind the Cozy Cottage and are available as needed. The house is on over two acres and is surrounded by hay fields, a small apple orchard, our house, and a family-owned business. Parking is available in the driveway and next to the side porch of the house. If needed, there is additional parking available in the adjacent parking lot.
