The home has a beautiful open layout with numerous glass windows and modern farmhouse décor. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including a Viking Natural Gas Range with 6 Burners and Dual Ovens. The home also has a darling studio pool house with a full sized bed and half bath with an outdoor pool shower. The lower level of the home is heated through hydronic radiant floor heating as well as air conditioning. Although, the indoor outdoor living concept of this property allows for a lovely cross breeze that makes air conditioning a rarely used feature! Washer and Dryer are located just steps away, in a private laundry room off the main house. TOT #753N The Guest House at The Dalya Estate: The guest cottage is a 1,400 square foot 1920's farmhouse with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The home is bright and sunny with large windows, which allows for ample natural light. The charming fully equipped kitchen features a vintage O'Keefe and Merritt range. The home is heated through central air, and during the winter, the gas fireplace is a perfect way to warm the home and cozy up for the evening. There is a window air conditioning unit for extra hot days. The guest cottage also has its own laundry area which is located just outside the kitchen nook. Adjacent to the guest cottage is a screened in porch, perfect for an afternoon siesta or escaping with a good book. The home also has a lovely grass area with string lights for a perfect summer dinner party. TOT #2991N This home has a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a upstairs open loft bedroom with a queen bed and futon.* There is a 3rd bonus room with an extra futon sleeper. **NOTE: the stairs to the loft bedroom are short and very steep, not designed for toddlers or older legs.
